The Cinnaminson Museum of History first opened its doors in October 2006. The Cinnaminson Museum of History is dedicated to preserving the history of Cinnaminson and providing educational opportunities for the community. The museum is located in the historic Cinnaminson House, which was built in 1740.
The museum has several permanent exhibits, as well as rotating temporary exhibitions. The permanent exhibits include the Early History of Cinnaminson, the Battle of Red Bank, and Quaker Cinnaminson. The Early History of Cinnaminson exhibit traces the borough’s roots back to its founding in 1688. The Battle of Red Bank exhibit tells the story of the American victory over the British in 1777. The Quaker Cinnaminson exhibit explores the religious beliefs and practices of the early settlers.
